Kip’s journey began in Cleveland, Ohio, where his love for hockey and lacrosse shaped his competitive spirit from a young age. Excelling in hockey, he pursued his passion through college at John Carroll University, where he honed his skills on the ice while earning a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Today, Kip remains deeply connected to the game, playing in a local men’s league in Mayfield, OH.

Upon graduating, Kip embarked on a transformative chapter in South Florida, launching his career in Real Estate. It was there that he discovered his knack for connecting people with their dream homes. Amidst coaching CrossFit and immersing himself in the community, Kip’s dedication to helping others flourished.

Now, back in his beloved hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, Kip is on a mission to share his deep-rooted affection for the area with everyone he meets.
